Brutal – West Yorks Police Arrest Autistic Child
Sat 11:41 am +00:00, 12 Aug 2023 9Why have these police been so poorly trained and led that they act brutally and irrationally ?
Where is their common sense ?
Where is their humanity ?
Mother whose autistic daughter, 16, was dragged from home by police officers says girl is NOT homophobic as police confirm no further action will be taken against the teenager

Evil Triumphs When good men do nothing. All seven officers should be sacked in my opinion and probably charged with assault. If the female/male/he she/all other options apply officer has not gone by the morning then the chief constable should go. I feel this is a case for men good and true to protest outside West Yorkshire Police HQ until the right thing is done. The police have long since forgotten their role. They are constables, not corporations, corporate officers, policy enforcers, para military or the like. Maybe we need a citizens peace force to attend incidents like this to oversee the police carrying out their duties and remove them if they don’t act appropriately. We’re way past the point of needing something better.
Not one of those present had the gumption to call a stop to this. They had ample opportuninty. Yep fire them but also address the root of the problem.
Police throughout the UK have been re-framed and dehumanised by Common Purpose training and their organisations politicised and politically led.
In many interactions we the people are deemed the enemy and treated in a similar manner to arabs in Palestine.
This is the result
Elect an English Semocrat as Police Commissioner. He she can fire the chief police officer and select one with human values, not Reptilian.
Who do police officers swear their allegiance to? Is it the people? Or is it The Crown?
Genuine questions, I have a vague memory that it’s the Crown
So I asked ChatGPT:
who do UK police officers swear their allegiance to when take take their oath of office?
Reply
“In the United Kingdom, police officers typically swear their oath of allegiance to the reigning monarch. The exact wording of the oath may vary slightly, but it generally involves a pledge of allegiance to the sovereign and to faithfully serve and uphold the law. The oath signifies the officer’s commitment to uphold the principles of law and order in service to the country. Keep in mind that procedures and wordings might change, so it’s always best to refer to official sources for the most up-to-date information.”
There you go, they serve Monarch/Crown, NOT the people. Just like all our MP’s do who join the Privy Council. All the ones that hold office/power certainly
I know that the Monarch and Crown are different things depending on who you are talking to and what you are talking about. It’s very deliberately misleading. Typical legalese shite to confuse not explain
That begs the question; who does the crown serve? if I’m correct the crown and the Vatican are the same. I was told Vatican means “business of the serpent”. My own view is the serpent is an artificial life form or AI. A conscious artificial form of life runs the show in my opinion and the leaders and rulers above us knowingly or unknowingly are operating for it. I would guess it’s promised them fame, riches, power, pleasures of the flesh and such like for their assistance. Basically the ruling class are glorified kapos. That will not end nicely. I think a change and/or shift is coming that the rulers cannot control and it terrifies them. There are challenging but interesting times ahead.

Yes John. Not the people that is for sure

Agreed
Its the crown and the oath is sworn to the monarch.
The trouble is that the HRH’s have long since accepted mediatisation 30 pieces of silver for the crown.
Another related issue being that many in parliament believe incorrectly that “parliament is sovereign”.
I recall Blair-Starmer’s future of Britain report mentioning exactly that in reference to changing the constitution.
I digress….

The Police Federation of England and Wales can confirm that every police officer, whatever rank, holds the Office of Constable. The Office of Constable is not a rank; it relates to the independence of the police officer; they are not employees, but servants of the Crown. All police officers swear allegiance to the Crown through the Oath that they take at their attestation ceremony. PFEW are unaware of any other variation of the oath.
Some police forces do have employees (police staff) or external agencies assisting with some elements of policing. For example, in custody suites as gaolers. Some also have limited ‘police’ powers – for example, to detain someone in certain settings. Any decision on uniform or safeguards and protocols in relation to those individuals are made by the Force.
Policing by consent means that the police in this country police with the consent of the public. It relates to the Peelian Principles, established when Sir Robert Peel set up the police service in London in 1829 – the core one being, the people are the police and the police are the people. Unlike in other countries where policing is more paramilitary and to oversee political will. Police officers in this country are accountable for their own actions or inactions.
Please can you tell me if every Police Officer within your police force holds the Office of Constable?
That is, has every police officer, sworn the following oath?
“I do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly service the Queen in the office
of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights
and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to
be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue
to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof
faithfully according to law”
Yes, under the Police Reform Act, 2002, every police officer and every special constable is
required, on appointment, to be attested by making a declaration in a prescribed form before a
justice of the peace in the force area concerned:

‘No further action will be taken against the teenager’. WHAT? The brigade of police who were torturing her should have plenty of ‘further action’ taken against them.
What a disgraceful exhibition of police brutality.
