The Invisible Elephant in the Room – Dr Tess Lawrie ( interview video at link)
Sun 11:04 am +01:00, 23 Jul 2023Our energy, moods and ‘vibration’ affects others
Nikola Tesla said if you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. Einstein said the most powerful force in the universe is love. Energy, frequency and vibration cannot be seen, so they are easy and convenient for us to ignore, and love cannot be measured and remains the greatest mystery of all.
What is metaphysics?
Metaphysics is the study of universal and inherent aspects of our reality that known science cannot explain. Thus, reflecting on Tesla and Einstein’s comments, it seems like the most important elements of life are ignored because we don’t have the science to explain them.
Last week I wrote an article about how our moods, emotions, attitudes and words have a real-time effect upon others, be they positive or negative. When we feel uncomfortable emotions such as anger, jealousy, anxiety and depression, it’s a signal that something needs addressing. If we are furious with others, it’s our problem, not theirs. If we are anxious or depressed, something needs to change.
This week I was fortunate enough to interview Rev. Clare Hinsley, a metaphysical minister with a PhD in Metaphysics from the University of Sedona. Clare specialises in metaphysical counselling, which involves helping people find their path and purpose.
“To fix the world, we need to fix ourselves first. We fix the world by spreading peace to others,” says Rev. Clare Hinsley.
Vibration is not a word that has often been associated with human beings, but more and more, I realise that it is integral to being human. When I was younger, we used to wish each other well in difficult times by “sending good vibes”. Did you do this too? Sending good vibrations certainly aligns with what Tesla and Einstein said above!
Rev. Clare Hinsley agrees. In the interview, Clare explained that if we fix ourselves, we will fix the world, and the way we fix ourselves is by managing our thoughts. By cancelling thoughts that bring our vibration down, we can heal, find peace and positively impact others.
I trust you will enjoy this Tess Talks conversation!
