Fantastic to have an opportunity to see this undertaking and hear from Katy Jo how it came to be and operates. Richard is doing a real service by visiting and filming Hope Sussex for us. Katy Jo says at the end that children need to be protected, and that is what all those who have contributed to building this enterprise are doing. It has meant and continues to mean hard work on the part of the adults, but she points out that the children are expected to help out as well; it is ‘all hands to the deck.” The amount they have achieved is astonishing.
Yes I agree Danceaway. By publishing it, lets hope more will take up the idea in different parts of country. Its a good way to knit the community together away from the clutches of the state. I was there only last week for their summer fete and was made very welcome!
