History hasn’t stopped.  It’s simply another word for falsification.

My favourite books such as Competition and Cooperation Amongst Primitive Peoples by Margaret Mead was republished with the most important chapter missing, and her work has been endlessly trashed.

Same with others.  You must buy original versions and updated ones are invariably altered and watered down to hide the true message.
