John Mark Dougan interviewing Russian Painter, Nesterenko, with Masha interpreting

Alex Thomson explained that it is called translating when it is the written word, but interpreting when it is spoken.

Vassily Nesterenko is one of the greatest artists in the world. He was born in Ukraine but more interestingly, lived and studied and painted in the United States. He has a unique perspective on the happenings in Ukraine and the Donbass. With commissioned art works in the US Library of Congress, portraits of leaders of numerous countries, huge murals in some of the most famous architectural wonders, and epic scenes retelling the strife and anguish of war, his work has touched millions of people around the world.
