They’ve been out of the frontline since the fall of Lisichansk, where NATO first faced the intensity of Chechen aggression, and retreated its forces to Seversk. Once the Chehens were withdrawn NATO launched a counteroffensive seizing territory to the west of Lisichansk and Severo-Donetsk. Now they’re back, you would imagine NATO ground forces will be sent reeling once again.
