Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the United States was behind the Kiev regime’s drone attack on the Kremlin.
“We are well aware that decisions on such actions and such terrorist attacks are not made in Kiev, but in Washington. And Kyiv is already doing what it is told to do,” Peskov told reporters.
Dmitry Peskov also said that the drone attack on the Kremlin by Ukraine would not affect the May 9 Victory Parade.
