Joan Veon (May 17, 1949, to October 18, 2010) had two careers – first, as a financial planner and consultant, and second, as a business reporter on the world stage, beginning in 1994.

This post is based on the four DVD lectures shown at the above site, which I re-watched in preparation for this post.

 

Her talks refer repeatedly to these “mega-conferences” which were designed to shape our modern world:

She opened one the lectures with these wise words:

We are in the midst of a great evil. If you do not understand the players and the structure; if you do not understand the history; then you cannot and will not understand how you are being affected. You will not see the treachery and the evil, and therefore you will not have the discernment necessary, which will be needed to make prudent and crucial decisions to reduce or maybe eliminate the intended evil of the day.

This post grew to quite a length, since “globalism” involves everything in the world. If you’re not able to finish today, at least read the first section about the national barriers falling ─ one of her most important observations. We will also be looking at public-private partnerships, the governmental attributes of the UN, and the doctrine of sustainable development, with the common thread of incrementalism and banking found throughout.

Many truths are elegant in their simplicity, and Joan Veon had a talent for perceiving the bones of a matter ─ the underlying architecture.

THE NATIONAL BARRIERS

One magnificent insight she shares often is the globalists’ dissolving of traditional national barriers since WW2. Throughout history, nations have protected their identity through legal, political, economic, and military constructs; along with cultural distinctions. Basically, “my house, my rules” writ large. Few citizens, along the arc of time, have known or suspected that there exists a stateless cabal who disfavor all nations, and seek hegemony over all peoples, forevermore.

This existential threat has become far more apparent via the crimes of the Covid $camdemic, and Substack and other platforms in the Truthosphere have made shared knowledge of this dynamic increasingly accessible. Joan would fit right in and be a valiant ally.

1944 The ECONOMIC barriers fall, at Bretton Woods, with the creation of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and the World Bank.

(Ed. Please note that these are signposts and landmarks and paradigm shifts, but not the flick of a switch. All are complex and gradual, yet notable as milestones.)

1945 The POLITICAL barriers fall with the creation of the United Nations. It started with 51 nations and now has 193 members. The UN has always tried to stay below the radar of the common citizen because very few individuals want a one-world-government. After WW1 the cabal tried it with the League of Nations, but resistance was too great.

1994 The trade barriers fall with GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) and WTO (World Trade Organization) and  NAFTA.

1995-2005 The FINANCIAL barriers fall, with various measures pertaining to the financial architecture of world commerce (harmonizing standards governing accounting, stock exchanges, insurance products, banking procedures).

1998 The LEGAL/JUDICIAL barriers fall with the establishment of the International Criminal Court.

1999 The ELECTRONIC barriers fall as a result of the many varied actions implemented by governments and businesses and individuals around the world, spurred by the fears of computer failures stemming from the Y2K millennium date changeover.

2001 The MILITARY/INTEL/SECURITY barriers fall after the 9/11 twin towers false flag crime in New York City, which led to several illegal wars and the fostering of a perpetual police state mentality whereby anyone, anywhere could be accused of some form of terrorism.

2020 The INTERPERSONAL barriers fall with the Covid lockdowns, contravening the US Constitution, Common Law, the Magna Carta, the modern practice of epidemiology, FDA guidelines for emergencies, the Hippocratic Oath, the sanctity of the family, and all common sense. Before Joan’s time, but she would have been a powerful ally to our current congress of Truth-sayers. Never forget: The term “lockdown” comes from the prison universe ─ the same place which gives the expressions shiv, shank, and “you’re my bitch”.

[Sidenote] Y2K: One of the most fascinating things I learned from Joan, and I’ve only seen one other writer discuss this. She explained that the Y2K scare was mostly a fabrication and a hype perpetrated by the globalists to motivate governments and companies to bring their computer hardware and software into a more up-to-date and harmonized state, to facilitate global electronic interactions. This sounds nice in a way, but we must always remember that the cabal is focused on concentrating the locus of control to the smallest group possible. A further characteristic of the cabal is that they are squeezers and skinflints, who always look for ways to have the common citizen fund their projects. I’ll put it like this: If you had lunch with a billionaire, the first thing he would ask for is separate checks.

Although we will not be discussing the EU, it’s a perfect example of the compulsion to remove barriers and unify. There are gradations, of course. France is still called France. But the Franc is now called the Euro. The barriers related to commerce are the most unified because money is the only god worshipped by the cabal ─ plus it seems the most sensible to the citizenry. I myself would find it easier to calculate in euros as I traveled around.

The least harmonized realms would be the political and cultural. All the news I’ve seen from the Eurozone has the common folk bitching about Brussels in the same manner we bitch about The Swamp. The reason is simple: these two entities are most proximate to the cabal.

The EU is a highly significant step in the direction of global trade zones, and Joan declares five of them: the Americas, the EU, the Middle East with North Africa, South Africa, and Asia.

She shares three historical quotes from 20, 40 and 60 years apart and each hinting at the same dynamic: the tyrannical system we nervously label “globalism”.

Divide the world into regional groups as a transition stage to world government. Populations will more readily abandon their national loyalties to a vague regional loyalty than they will for a world authority. Later, the regions can be brought all the way into a single world dictatorship.

Building the Atlantic partnership now will not be easily or cheaply finished. Most people today refer to the time in which we live as the age of globalization. I prefer the term interdependence, because it makes it clear that the nature of the world today and our connections are far more than economic, and because it makes it clear that the consequences of those relationships can be both negative and positive. She says JFK was the first major figure to utter the word “interdependence” ─ and this, on Independence Day!

“Interdependence” is similar to “sustainable development” – it sounds insightful and prudent, but we must always remember that the cabal employ words after their own desires, with hidden meanings. Some call this a meta-language.

 

THE WORLD GOVERNMENT

Joan declared over a decade ago that world government is already here. Without splitting hairs over absolutes, we must try to understand this claim. Here is a diagram she developed to express her observations (click to enlarge):

You can see that the insurance association dates from the 1995-2005 time span mentioned in the barriers section.

The securities organization is a decade older ─ from the Reagan era of deregulation. I don’t understand all this stuff, but it occurs to me that “deregulation” meant within one’s own nation, thence being supplanted by global regulation.

The BIS is oldest of the three and more sinister than the US Federal Reserve.

NEXT, you’ve got the World Economic Forum – WEF. I won’t insult your intelligence by explaining what this rats’ nest of conspirators is about.

NEXT, you’ve got The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum. Joan speaks often of this group, and claims it introduced the modern incarnation of public private partnerships, which we will discuss down the page. Wikipedia has no entry for the PWBLF. This reminds me of the Forbes 400 list of the world’s richest people. You’re not really rich until you’re rich enough to keep your name off that stupid list. In other words, anything about the PWBLF is none of your #$@&?% business!

NEXT, you’ve got the RIIA ─ Royal Institute for International Affairs (1920), the Council on Foreign Relations (1921), and the Trilateral Commission (1973). The first two are sister groups located in the UK and the US respectively, and were founded with the specific intent to control the entire world under an oligopoly of insanely rich men. The Trilateral Commission is simply a newer cousin, fully approved by first two. These three groups (and there are others) contribute to the ranks of the cabal’s lieutenants, their key operatives.

[Sidenote] Joan points out more than once that the US pays for 22% of the UN budget and has 1 vote among the 192 other national votes. However, the British Commonwealth controls 54 votes, when you consider all its members. The people of the Commonwealth are our friends. Ass‑hat King Chaz and the entire diseased peerage are not. Perfidious Albion!

UNESCO, which is in charge of social engineering and brainwashing around the world. Then UNCTAD:

…”promotes the interest” you can read as “of the cabal”. So, this organization is involved in the exploitation and oppression of third world nations, typically stealing their natural resources and murdering their citizens.

So, you can see numerous grand organizations deciding throughout the year what where when why and how you will do this that and the other thing, simply because they are so darn smart and you … well, just be glad you’re not locked up in a cage somewhere.

Joan said that these groups, and their lesser clones, conduct over 5,000 meetings a year, Sundays included, to debate all manner of concerns (and this was 15 years ago). The people attending these affairs are well educated, well fed, and well dressed. I look at the state of world affairs today and try to calculate what these buttinskys have accomplished, and keep coming up with “zip zero nada”. But that’s just me.

Returning our focus to the UN, the following is Joan’s insight into its structural similarity to our federal government offices:

What I think she means to covey is that the UN is a virtual government. I, and probably most people, have always thought of the UN as a forum for discussion and interaction. It’s probably set up this way so it can function as a government someday, as per the dreams of the cabal. Fear of such a function is probably why the League of Nations failed. Speaking of similarities, I will end this section with the following:

 

HEIRARCHICAL COMMANDS

This is a gem.

Joan first shows how laws and rules typically descend from global to federal to state to local; occasionally from federal to local, bypassing state involvement.

Increasingly, we find a promulgation of rules or policies descending from the global level directly to the local, bypassing federal involvement. An example might be a city adopting “Smart Growth” guidelines. She then points out this can only be done with approval ─ or better put ─ collusion at the federal level. This supports the notion that our federal government is controlled by the cabal to a disturbing degree, since global agendas originate with the financial elites.

(Ed. Here at LIAR$$WORLD, we always say “financial elites” ─ never “elites”, since these devils are not elite by any other measure, e.g. kindness, decency, fairness, or loyalty).

Joan left us in 2010, but I think she would agree with the following: The bizarre behaviors seen worldwide during the Covid $camdemic were, at least in a metaphorical sense, global rules passed downward directly to the local level of the individual. This of course is like the holy grail of advertising ─ the one-on-one connecting of a product directly to each consumer (…you look at binocular reviews online, and within an hour the web pages you visit show ads for binoculars).

The looming Who draft treaty “CA+” contains provisions whereby The US secretary of Health and Human services would dictate procedures pertaining to ANYTHING he/she deems an emergency factor. This is analogous to the question, “Who is the most powerful officer on a ship at sea?” Answer: The ship’s doctor, because he can declare the captain non compos mentis.

Katherine Watt of Bailiwick News (Link) says this has already happened:

The WHO already declared a “public health emergency of international concern,” and it therefore automatically, silently took control of the US government, through the US Secretary of Health and Human Services, who already declared a public health emergency, in full subordination and compliance with WHO orders.

The US-HHS Secretary (first Azar, now Becerra) is already functioning as an unelected, unannounced dictator and has been in full power since January 2020.

Xavier Becerra already has Congressionally-legislated and funded, President-ratified, judicially-unreviewable power to domestically deploy the US military and local law enforcement to try to round up and imprison dissidents, aka people who can be alleged are asymptomatic carriers of colds and flus, and/or insurrectionists disturbing civil order by objecting to Covid-related government policies and programs, or election fraud, or any other pretext.

They haven’t used that power yet, for at least two reasons:

1. They’d rather conduct the genocide so it looks voluntary, committed by people who go to hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies and clinics and get the toxic injections under their own steam, without resistance, than try to go door-to-door hauling people out of our homes, shipping us to medical facilities or detention camps, and injecting us by force.

2. Americans are armed at the household level, thanks to the Constitutional framers’ incredible wisdom and foresight in enshrining the Second Amendment right of the citizens to keep and bear arms to protect ourselves from what we now face: government tyranny. Our government is actively working, on behalf of hostile enemies fronted by the WHO, to enslave and kill the People.

Were this dynamic to be more openly set in place, the public would be aware that the head of HHS is somehow in charge of issuing directives. Furthermore, if this happened soon, and Xavier Becerra (lawyer, politician, on the short-list for Hillary’s VP, and not a physician) were to become incapacitated, the entire nation would fall under the one-man rule of his lunatic assistant Rachel (born Richard) Levine.

Keep in mind, this crazy person pulled his mother from a Pennsylvania nursing home just prior to Covid because he knew the elderly were going to be sequestered and murdered, as they were in Michigan and New York also. More recently he quashed, for one year, a large study on fluoride toxicity conducted by a division of the NIH, which found a deleterious effect on children’s IQ’s (Ed. A study by the National Toxicology Program – agency budget $140 M/yr). He is also an enthusiastic supporter of hormone blocking drugs for these same poisoned children. Make no mistake: this man was put in his position specifically to humiliate you and piss you off.

 

PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

Here is a diagram I grabbed from the web showing the promoted warm and fuzzy concept of a PPP:

Everyone pitches in ─ you and your neighbors, and the friendly corporation down the street, whose annual finances dwarf a hundred nations (…in 2017 Walmart earned more than the whole of Belgium, which ranks 26^th out of 216 countries). This is a partnership like a wolf and a lamb discussing what to have for dinner.

As Joan describes in her book about Prince Charles, his PWBLF was set up in 1990 primarily to promote to the world the concept of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

At the same time as the World Bank/ IMF imposed its privatisation policy on the Third World, Prince Charles launched his Prince of Wales Business Leaders Forum. Since 1990, when he conducted his first city conference in Charleston, North Carolina, he has amassed over 5,000 multinational and national corporations whom he works with in setting up public-private partnerships. This is a key institution in the globalization machine, hence its members include 65 of the world’s biggest companies. Joan mentions the 1980s and the privatization measures imposed by “Iron Lady” Baroness Margaret Thatcher ─ one of the outstanding criminals of the 20th century (and kindred spirit to our own Ronnie Raygun, who pretty much did whatever daddy George Bush told him to, on behalf of the CIA).

I will draw another comparison of activities preceding 1990. What about all these sports stadiums that the billionaires build with huge dollar inputs from the citizenry? Sounds to me like a PPP.

 

But I have a better/worse example. What is the biggest, baddest, stinkiest PPP of all time?

THE US FEDERAL RESERVE!!!

Let’s refer back to the “nice PPP” diagram at the start of this section and apply it to the Fed.

The public investment was surrendering the money supply of the nation to a band of criminals (by the way, there are really only two duties of a government ─ 1. to create a stable money supply and 2. to protect the citizens from extranational, existential threats). The private investment was a never-disclosed group of already fabulously wealthy bankers contributing a paltry amount of money to set up the system.

The public return was US involvement in World War 1, followed by the Great Depression (during which the cabal purchased all the great corporations for pennies on the dollar), followed by World War 2 (which the cabal funded on all sides), followed by the post war period of unprecedented prosperity and the plundering of the world’s resources, followed by the gradual but steady march toward our current surveillance state technocracy. The private return from the Fed was trillions upon trillions of UNEARNED dollars flowing to the cabal, who were already in possession of trillions of unearned dollars and pounds and francs and marks and pesos and liras and rubles.

These multinationals are not American anymore. Transcending nations, they serve not their country’s interests, but their own. They manipulate our tax policies to help themselves. Here is part of a review by Miles Mathis of the 2010 Matt Damon-narrated documentary Inside Job, which was about the 2008 financial crisis:

And, although the title of the movie implies that the whole “job” was manufactured from the inside, the movie itself plays this down, making the audience think it was an accident, or at worst the result of deregulation. We are made to think, “If just the Glass-Steagall Act had remained in place!” or “If only the regulator Brooksley Born hadn’t been sat on by Larry Summers!” While the truth is, neither one of those things mattered at all. Even now, we have laws against fraud and collusion and racketeering and so on, but they aren’t being enforced because the bankers own the SEC, Congress, and the Justice Department. If we still had the Glass-Steagall Act in place, Congress would have to enforce it, wouldn’t they? They don’t enforce anything anymore. It is a free-for-all. All laws are being ignored. All these people from Larry Summers to Glenn Hubbard to Hank Paulson have just decided to do what they want, knowing that no one will stop them. They say, “Yeah, I did it, what are you going to do about it?” It is clear what we are going to do about it. Nothing. The only thing we do about inside jobs is make documentaries. These crooks aren’t bothered by documentaries, which is why they go on camera. They say, “Make all the documentaries you want, we love to see ourselves on camera!”

The names Rothschild, Rockefeller, Goldman, Sachs, and Kissinger do not conjure images of selfless public service and an abiding love of the common man. This is the revolving door dynamic we’ve had shoved in our face for decade upon decade. I would suggest that public-private partnerships remove the door altogether, knock down the entire wall, and just join the two buildings together into one seamless parasitic mechanism.

Indeed, one of Joan’s lectures was titled “When Central Banks Rule the World”. Let’s end this section with a quote she considered important:

One of the most remarkable admissions by a banker concerning the mysteries of his profession was made by Sir Josiah Stamp, president of the Bank of England and the second richest man in Britain in the 1920’s.  Speaking at the University of Texas in 1927, he revealed:

“The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing.  The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was every invented.  Banking was conceived in inequity and born in sin …. Bankers own the earth.  Take it away from them but leave them the power to create money, and with a flick of a pen, they will create enough money to buy it back again …. Take this great power away from them and all great fortunes like mine will disappear, for then this would be a better and happier world to live in …. But if you want to continue to be the slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let bankers continue to create money and control credit.”

 

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

This topic appears throughout her lectures and writing. Another large theme – we will just cover three intertwined elements and close out this post.

Sustainable development should be called SUSTAINABLE HEGEMONY because that’s all it is ─ the desire by the cabal and their lieutenants and minions to ride on the backs of the serfscattlegoy in perpetuity. The latest, and rather in-your-face, iteration of this compulsion is “You will own nothing and be happy”.

We’ve all heard of carbon footprint. Many get the impression that this refers to the presence of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, which is only 0.04% and could easily be considerably more, without any harm. Carbon footprint surreptitiously refers to the carbon of organic chemistry, which means life itself, which means your life, which means you. You are deemed a burden upon the system, and you are increasingly meant to feel guilty about your very existence. This perverse notion was invented by the Club of Rome in 1968.

The verbiage in this realm is always couched in terms of “respecting nature” and “protecting ecosystems” and so on. Do you know anyone who hates the environment? Yeah, I thought so.

Pretty much 90% of the populace is against GMO plants and organisms, yet we now have news that most of us have glyphosate in our bodies, largely due to “Roundup-Ready” GMO crop farming. As always, it’s the giant corporations and their giant bankers blaming the citizenry for their crimes.

Joan discusses the excellent work done by Michael S. Coffman, wherein he created maps showing the gradual encroachment of federal and global rulemaking upon private land ownership. Property ownership is a key element of wealth creation. Highly constrained or unattainable property ownership is a hallmark of poorer nations. This involves the concept of “highest and best use”.

The reasonably probable and legal use of property, that is physically possible, appropriately supported, and financially feasible, and that results in the highest value.

In a nutshell, the city of New London wanted to condemn Ms. Kelo’s house to make way for a sexier development of some sort.

Now bear with me:

Joan often speaks of the “FAMILY DEPENDENCY RATIO”, introduced to the world at the 1995 Fourth Women’s Conference in Beijing.

The ratio begins with assessing each family member’s total production versus his/her total consumption. Production is your contribution to society – you’re a schoolteacher, you’re a carpenter, you’re an accountant. Of course, each member consumes, but is there a member who consumes only and does not produce/contribute anything? These elements are then blended together to produce the final rating.

Grandma doesn’t produce anymore. Sure, she helps around the house, but…

Mom and dad produce. If Mom’s only a housewife, that’s less impressive, but still tolerable.

Baby doesn’t produce. Of course, we all have to start somewhere but this is their third child ─ surely two is enough.

And those two shall be tolerated in the hopes they will become compliant worker units, furthering the noble cause of sustainable development.

Now can you sense where highest and best use ─ a real estate concept ─ CAN BE APPLIED TO HUMANS? Is having grandma lingering about really highest and best use? Is having that third child really the best way to conserve our natural resources?

The cabal are famous for their obsession with eugenics and their distaste for the common man. Family dependency ratio is simply a fancy label for psychopathic meddling with the sacred dignity of human existence.
