The law is sufficient to stop mass murder by government and mass imprisonment

I discuss the importance of Trial by Jury, and the difference between what is law and what is legal with my guest, Prof Dolores Cahill, writes Richard Vobes.

I like this lady a lot.
It’s interesting how the only real political opposition comes from lawyers –
Kennedy and Tilbrook start by winning cases.
Cahill’s not a lawyer though, as far as I understand. She’s simply ‘educated’ in ‘real’ law/lore and her point seems to be you need not be deeply educated at law school, but simply be aware of basic, simple, common law, verging on common sense..
Sadly, too many lawyers have been the bane of our lives, Blair. Clinton etc.
I look forward to courts of common sense reversing the tide of corruption.
