Gonzalo tells the story so well. I won’t write any more words. It’s only a theory but it makes a lot of sense. In fact Gonzalo has two theories. The second theory is that there was a deliberate targeting screw up, as part of an attempt to blame the missile on the Russians. Had the two missiles hit the target Gonzalo claims to be the actual target………
