Word of the UK Exclusion Zones has spread. It’s all part of Agenda 21/Agenda 30; Hegelian Dialect Technique also discussed; controlling the narrative and letting people think they have made the decisions that were intended all along.

Ian R Crane once commented that the M25 around London is part of a scheme to be able to lock London down.
