Scott Ritter campaigns for Julian Assange – ‘the face of free speech’

Former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter spoke out Saturday in front of the Department of Justice for Julian Assange. He described swearing an oath to defend the US Constitution, and said that Assange is “a better example of defending American values than many American journalists.” He added that the DOJ should take down their American flag and put up a piracy flag instead if Merrick Garland continues to prosecute Assange.
