Russia Wrests Initiative from Ukraine, Advances on Liman, Conducts Nuclear Drills,Threatens Starlink

Ukraine Kherson initiative appears to be petering out; Russia becoming more confident; missile strikes at intervals; train network a primary target; rails are from soviet era so western equipment not much help. US has not developed its air defence capabilities as it has always relied on air superiority.

Russia conducting its nuclear drills for the second time this year; is this a warning to the West? Their nuclear arsenal is far more sophisticated than that of the US.

Russia warning starlink that it can go on jamming it; it is a commercial product being used for a military purpose; Russia also has the capability to take out satellites if necessary.
