Today on UKColumn News David Scott reported that recently a Vigil had been held  in Perth; he feels they are successfully allowing people to see for themselves the amount of damage, in a non-confrontational, contemplative way, and to see just how fit and young many of the victims are.

My  question is, does anyone know if there are groups doing similar things in other parts of the UK?
