In the book, The Invisible Rainbow, Arthur Firstenburg shares that a very similar claim was made about the roll out of electricity. It was rolled out around the turn of the century too. Very likely both were involved.
The madness of vaccination was spoken about in the 1880’s consequential to horrific damage caused to both humans and animals. Dr. James J. Garth Wilkinson, said in 1876. “This amazing act is the homicidal insanity of a whole profession. This is blood assassination.”
