Alexander discusses the help he requested from native Russian speakers yesterday regarding their understanding of Putin’s words in the press conference at Astana when he was asked about the future of Ukraine, and he replied in the past tense. Russians have responded and agreed that the read out from the Kremlin is an accurate interpretation of his words and they have told Alexander how Russians understand them.
