World Economic Forum brags that China is controlling weather with “cloud seeding” chemtrail operations

The world’s largest communist dictatorship, China, has invested some $168 million into efforts to control the weather, according to the World Economic Forum (WEF).
The globalist “Great Reset” organization run by Klaus Schwab put together a video – watch below – that reveals China’s plans to create artificial rain through “cloud seeding,” which many refer to as chemtrails.
“The technology works by sprinkling clouds with dry ice and silver iodide,” the WEF explains in the video about the aerosols and other particulates that are injected into the skies via airplanes.
“This helps increase rain or snow.”
China produces 55 billion tons of fake rain every year, says WEF
The technology is not some futuristic pipe dream that is still a long way off, by the way. It is already happening, according to the WEF, which says China is currently generating around 55 billion tons of artificial rain annually.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) currently employs somewhere in the vicinity of 35,000 people within in its “Weather Modification Department,” which has offices all across China.
This is a major operation, in other words. And it lends credence to what was long mocked as being just some wild conspiracy theory.
And China may not be the only country doing this, just to be clear. Fake “president” Joe Biden, rambling during a recent appearance in Kentucky following the historic flooding event that occurred there, basically admitted – watch below – that globalist powers are, in fact, tampering with the weather.
“It’s not like it’s beyond our control,” Biden blabbed in front of an overturned single-wide trailer surrounded with victims. “The weather may be beyond our control for now, but it’s not beyond our control.”
What did Biden mean by this word salad doublespeak? Like everything else he says, that is up for interpretation because it is difficult to figure out anything the guy says.
We do know that billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates is involved with weather modification. And chances are that his work in this sector involves Western nations like the United States, which many believe has been tampering with the weather for decades.
Chemtrails are everywhere across America, and they have been since at least the early 1990s. The establishment denied their existence before later admitting that geoengineering is a real thing.
Gates says he wants to block out the sun to “cool” the planet, while China is suggesting that it steers the weather and creates rain in order to provide moisture for crops.
The reality of what is really going on is more than likely much more sinister than all that, though. The sun is Planet Earth’s source of heat, light, and life. Without it, plants, animals, and humans would all be dead.
“There’s a small article in the front of the August 2009 issue of National Geographic that talks about releasing thousands of mirrors into orbit around Earth in order to cool the planet, and was praised by its ingenuity as genius in the article,” wrote a commenter at Natural News about how this stuff goes way back.
“I see when I read that article more space junk for the astronauts to deal with, massive crop failures, migratory animals that use the intensity of the sun getting lost, and an explosion of seasonal affective disorder and other winter-related ailments that are already exploding due to this forced geoengineering. That hair brained idea would be disastrous for the planet and space travel.”
