Canada’s Search-and-Destroy Mission Against Doctor Refusing to Surrender Medical Records of Covid ‘Vaccine’ Exempt Patients (Exclusive)

“For the College, I just hope and pray that they come out of this darkness and back to the truth because at the moment they are now complicit with injuries and death.” Dr. Mary O’Connor.

Patients of an Ottawa doctor have had their medical privacy threatened by the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons, which is demanding that Dr. Mary O’Connor release their records and charts for inspection.

In an exclusive interview for RAIR Foundation USA, Dr. O’Connor, a general practitioner for 30 years, who has most recently been specializing in mental health and addiction disorders for the past 13 years, explains why she is refusing to comply with the College and a court order to release confidential medical files.

“In October last year, the College became aware that I had been writing exemptions for patients,” said Dr. O’Connor, “and they contacted me and said that they wanted the names and charts of these patients. This is completely going against all the legal rights of my patients, both the right to choose their medical treatment and also their privacy rights.”

The College also assigned a team of four investigators to Dr. O’Connor, who had been fielding hundreds of calls from patients “looking for exemptions from masks, PCR tests, and vaccines. “These people knew the truth. The majority of them were being coerced at work and didn’t want to take it.” Initially, Dr. O’Connor issued these exemptions based on patient medical history to those with pre-existing conditions such as blood clots. Still, the College changed the criteria: subsequently, exemptions were only to be issued to those who had already had an adverse reaction to their first vaccine.

Once she learned of the investigative team, Dr. O’Connor asked a friend to stand guard in her office, locking the door between patients. But one day, when Dr. O’Connor was not there, in a dystopian scene reminiscent of Nazi Germany, her friend forgot to lock the office door. The investigating team came in, “entrapped him in the board room,” she recalls, while others looked for patient charts in her office. They failed to find any.

Following the failed raid, it appears that a trap was laid.

On November 5th, the College issued an order forbidding her from issuing exemptions. It also stipulated that; she posted a sign in the office or on virtual calls saying that she could not write exemptions; that she give the College permission to make inquiries of OHIP for her billing submissions to monitor compliance; that she maintains a log of all patient encounters, and submit copy every two weeks; that she submit to and not interfere with unannounced inspections of her office locations and charts, and to any other activity that the College deemed necessary to monitor her.

But Dr. O’Connor never received this letter sent to her lawyer. On November 22nd, she took a call from a female private investigator, to whom she issued an exemption. On November 24th, Dr. O’Connor finally did receive the communication from the College of Physicians and Surgeons through her lawyer. Still, by then, she was on record having issued an exemption after being banned from doing so.

Dr. O’Connor received several subsequent phone calls from people looking for exemptions. One, another private investigator, “and a very strange call from a lady. I’m sure she was a set up too.”

The College also sent investigators to her old neighborhood to attempt to discover where she had moved to. “They were very persistent,” she says.

The College then decided to take Dr. O’Connor to Ontario Superior Court, with a trial date of January 7th, 2022. But on December 23rd, 2021, they took away her license, leaving her 43 years of experience and career in tatters and her patients without a doctor.

“I think it’s totally illegal to do this to my patients,” says Dr. O’Connor. “And for the College, I just hope and pray that they come out of this darkness and back to the truth because at the moment, they are now complicit with injuries and death.”

There are deaths and injuries amongst her own patients. “When some of my patients did get the vaccine, I started to hear of injuries right away,” recalls Dr. O’Connor. She gives examples of chest pain, shortness of breath, a person found dead in bed, neurological issues, and mini-strokes. “Every time somebody called me for an exemption, they all knew someone who had been injured,” she says. “We know now that they are gene therapy and manipulation and that there are more adverse effects, injuries, and deaths from these vaccines than all other vaccines combined over the last 30 years. This is a dangerous injection that they are putting into people.”

Dr. O’Connor’s assertion is supported by data available through VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System. Through July 22nd, 2022, figures show 29,790 deaths, 55 719 people permanently disabled, more than 50,000 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis, close to 16,000 heart attacks, and 4,889 miscarriages, among many other injuries. This is to say nothing of cancer diagnoses that are harder to pin on the vaccine.

However, prior to removing her license, the College of Physicians and Surgeons warned Dr. O’Connor that they were concerned about her exemptions because she was a risk to the health of her patients and society at large through the spread of misinformation.

Someone’s not telling the truth here. Is the VAERS database lying?
