Why was it held in Livo, not Kiev?

Turkey would be happy to see Ukraine retain some shoreline on the Black Sea.

No real outcome announced except from Zelensky who continues to strenuously refuse to negotiate with Russia.  Was this part of the discussion?

Uterres’ presence seems to have had little practical outcome.
