Alexander gives a thorough synopsis of the military situation and the situation with the bridges; some Ukrainian rockets got through Russian defences, but the damage is to the road surface, not the pillars; he discusses the way bridges are quite difficult to destroy structurally with these weapons being used; the bridge struck is not used by the Russian military, but civilian traffic, so it is more of a psychological attack on the people of Kherson; the military tend to use trains; the rail bridge is over the dam. There is some talk of the Russians also constructing a pontoon bridge, which would be quite a feat as the river is quite wide and the Ukrainians would probably interfere.
