A US government body held a Congressional briefing plotting ways to break up Russia as a country, in the name of supposed “decolonization.”

The participants urged the United States to give more support to separatist movements inside Russia and in the diaspora.

    Alexander Mercouris spoke of this in a recent broadcast as an example of how out of touch with reality “Washington” and its various think tanks are, that they would actually be having these conversations.

    It rather reeks of Rand Corporations proposals for how to take down Russia; this would be the planning for the aftermath, perhaps, in their eyes?
