Also it appears Ukrainian aircraft have been taking off from bases in Romania! They are low flying from Romania, over The Black Sea and entering Ukraine via Odesa.
Romanian agents are active in Odesa. The Moskva was keeping this traffic out with its S-400, now lost, and the anti-aircraft systems in Crimea have taken up the role of detecting the flights.
