Russia’s UN ambassador, Vasily Nebezya, stated that the US Deeps State helped Ukraine and used bats, birds, and fleas to create even more deadly biological weapons against the undesirable nations and people.
Nebenzya released evidence that the US was included in the biowarfare program in Ukraine at the UN Security Council meeting.
The program searched for ways for migratory birds to spread different dangerous diseases.
“There was another project where the vectors or potential agents of biological weapon, bats, were considered amongst priority areas for study,” he said.
“They include the bacterial and viral pathogens that could spread from bats to people such as plague, leptospirosis, as well as … coronaviruses.”
“Experiments were being conducted to study this spread of dangerous diseases using ectoparasites such as lice and fleas,” he added.
Nebezya’s claims that birds were used as weapons for spreading diseases represent a mysterious phenomenon, starting in 2019.
