One Response to “A NUMBER OF SCOTTISH SCHOOLS CLOSED DUE TO COVID-RELATED STAFF SHORTAGES”

I always like listening to Neil Oliver’s logic and the articulation of his documentaries. In this interview Neil hits the nail right on the head by telling us to stop the testing and looking for Covid as you’ll be sure to find it but in reality it is nothing more than a cold. And sure you can catch a mild cold and a bad cold but let’s move on.

One other commendable point noted in this interview is that Neil referred to “children” as being children and not as “kids” which really gets on my goat and demeans children to be nothing more than the offspring of goats. Personally, I use the word “bairn” (child) or “wean” (wee one,) baby or child)) both of which are native to the Scottish dialect.
