The author. Dilyana, is a Bulgarian journalist who very bravely came to speak at AV a few years ago. I am delighted to see she is still with us as she was under considerable pressure at the time.

Yes, she was/is exposing the pentagon funded bioweapon labs in Ukraine and Georgia. Reportedly these are being removed now. This is likely to ruffle a few feathers. The map in this link is quite incredible.

Ian, I have managed to find her presentation at AV9 so that people can actually hear her and put a name to a face. I think she is a remarkably brave woman, and I have the utmost respect for her. Do have a listen, everyone, as this was recorded nearly five years ago. Ian Crane would be so pleased that she is well; I remember feeling great worry for her safety at the time of AV9.
