    Whatever one thinks of royalty – and someone correct me if I’m wrong – but I thought the UK already had a FIRST LADY/Commander-in-Chief/Head of State aka Queen Elizabeth?
    It seems a very misplaced name for such a book. Why, I would try reading the writing – if it can be called writing I suspect – when it is eventually published but fear my eyes might fall out.

    It somehow reminds me of Mr Potatoe(sic) Head Sen Dan Quayle and his famous never-to-be-forgotten ‘put down’ moment by Sen Lloyd Bentsen:
    “I served with Jack Kennedy, I knew Jack Kennedy, Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine;
    Senator [Bentsen] you’re NO Jack Kennedy.”
