ER Editor: At last! Reiner Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer are able to begin their Grand Jury proceedings on February 5 (tomorrow). These are our notes below of a short video presentation they made earlier this week, which is linked to below.
You can detect strongly Reiner Fuellmich’s activist leanings on our behalf in his choice of legal approach, and in his confidence that our entire system will radically change in the not too distant future.

NOTES
The legal method being used is for serious crimes, used to present the proof available to 12 jurors to prove the offender has committed the crime. We’ll deliver the evidence together with both expert accounts, and witness accounts of victims of vaccination damage. Then we’ll ask jurors if this is enough to bring charges. What’s important is that this will have global reach, and we’ll see that the whole thing we’ve been suffering for 2 years across the globe has been happening in the same way. And those who’ve suffered vaccine damage will see that the global reach is not coincidental.
The objective is to use a judicial procedure that is well known, which will show individual aspects not as itemized parts but as an overall picture as a way to bring charges. The important thing is to convince the world population that they have not only a right but an obligation to resist, as it is a matter of life and death. Hopefully this will activate people. There will be a vote at the end of the proceedings to ask people how they see things. People must take responsibility. This is only the first step.
We need a different societal direction in terms of education, law, medicine, economics, etc. In Africa they are working on a new judicial system to better represent the people. That’s the goal.
We’ll also have lawsuits within the old judicial system that may activate some judges who have been keeping a low profile so far. So we’ll use actual lawsuits that are still pending within the normal judicial courts. But a new judicial system will also look at these results.

“In serious criminal cases in the U.S., a so-called grand jury is presented with the evidence at hand to convince them that this evidence is sufficient to bring public charges against the defendants.
“We are adopting this model to prove to the public, with the help of real witnesses, lawyers, a judge and experts from around the world, that we are dealing with crimes against humanity that span the globe.
“The goal is a coherent presentation of all the facts gathered to date, and thus to convince the populations of all countries that resistance here is not only possible, but required of every individual,” Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer of the Corona Investigative Committee announced.

In an interview with World Council for Health (“WCH”) on 24 January 2022 Dr. Fuellmich explained the trial in more detail:
“We’re going to base it on the American grand jury proceeding. And what we’re going to do is: we’re going to present all the evidence that we have now to the jury. The jury, in this case, being our viewers. And that is only the first step.
“We’re using a real judge, a Portuguese judge [and] we’re [using], of course, real lawyers. We have real experts, including Mike Yeadon and Ulrike Kämmerer and all the others. And, we have real witnesses who will explain, and tell the people about the damages that they suffer in particular because of the so-called vaccinations of course.
“Ultimately this will hopefully end up with an indictment against the six figure heads, which we picked as future defendants, we know they’re only symbolic, but still: Drosten, Fauci, Tedros, Gates, BlackRock and Pfizer.
“It is not so much about getting indictments against these people and institutions but rather, what we really have in mind is, to give the people the whole story. Not just pictures of the puzzle, but the whole story through a judicial proceeding, which has credibility and authority to enable them to understand that they not only have a right, but a duty to resist. Because as it will be made very clear, this is about life and death now.”

Yeah, while I can’t deny this is great news and is nice to learn that the wheels of this very complicated machine that’s taken so many good people, countless hours over many months, to very carefully put it all together; are finally turning.
However, I wish them all good luck with getting their vital message out to the public…
Most of the face-masked Omicron terrified and gleefully compliant collaborators (easily identified – the ones still wearing muzzles everywhere when they no longer have to – anywhere), probably haven’t heard of Bitchute, Odysee, Brandnewtube or Rumble, or UK Column News, let alone watch and listen to anything on any of them; nor would they know about, let alone visit: reliable and honest alt-media websites such as Tapnewswire, 21st Century Wire, or The Liberty Beacon…
One of the biggest barriers we face and therefore Reiner Fuellmich and his team also face, which has enabled this whole evil scheme to be rolled out with almost no opposition is rampant and unprecedented levels of censorship. How do we break through the now almost impenetrable rock solid wall of complete MSM silence?
With the dangerous level of censorship where it is right now, Reiner Fuellmich’s team might even win and have them all prosecuted, but hardly anyone will ever get to know about it. The cabal manipulated MSM won’t breath a word about it even going to court, if any of the lawsuits were successful. They would only (gleefully) and scornfully report the lawsuits that FAIL. And, of those who do hear about any of their lawsuits resulting in prosecutions, only because they’ve been following the whole covid scam since it all began, thus know how to and where to find reliable and accurate information: they’d probably not believe it to be true anyway. Would probably dismiss it as yet another psy-op or a rumour initiated and propagated by ‘controlled opposition’ or similar, and, frankly: who could blame them?
No one knows who or what to believe anymore…
Very well said Alan. I was speaking to a woman yesterday who works in psychology. She’s not a psychologist, but I suppose a psychological nurse sort of thing. I know her parents well. She’s a lovely friendly lady. I manages to get the conversation round to jabs, I usually do. She was fully jabbed. She then asked for my opinion on the situation. I ran through very briefly how I saw the situation. I avoided telling her that I thought that she’d be dead within a couple of years, I’m not sure about telling them that. She listened without interrupting me, and said at the end, that, this was my opinion, others think differently, and everyone is entitled to their opinion. It changed the mood of our talk which was now over. I left thinking, how can everyone be entitled to their opinion? We’re not asking whether or not you like a painting, or a flower, but a life or death choice. It’s a choice of whether you can differentiate between rough coarse truth, or ever so smooth TV lies. I then remembered that they couldn’t see all the other TV lies for what they were either. 9/11, where the US military was stood down while it happened, where building 7 collapsed into it’s own footprint due to an office fire, and where the BBC announced it’s collapse twenty minutes before it fell. They called me a conspiracy theorist and smiled knowingly at my gullibility.
I feel that what’s coming will come, and after it passes, including however much carnage and disruption and change it causes, the survivors will emerge and any of those who fell for the lies who survive, will still be none the wiser as to what occurred.
