I am unaware that it is legal to terminate your employment re refusal of the experiment. A mandate is not a law … let them be hoisted by their own petard.
Yes indeed emm, but it will be difficult for many. The employers can be tactical and put you on jobs you hate. Whilst you are correct that they’re limited here, they can play games with you. Been there, got the teeshirt.
I completely understand that ian. No explanation needed. I’ve walked the walk, … with a very shrill whistle … and blew it … loud.
Employers might be pressurised to comply themselves, and not necessarily inclined to take reprisals as long as they can tick their boxes.
Then what do you do as in my case when my local surgery phoned me to make an appointment to take the vax and I refused. I was then informed that my medical record would be signed as having refused the vax which I feel is an injustice!
I haven’t faced being removed from my doctor’s patients list for refusing a jab, but if in the end I am I shall tell them, “Take me off, then. But when this is allover people will be coming for you.”
