    Don’t forget that aeroplanes are pressurised to only 8000 feet amsl (above mean sea level) even when flying at much higher Flight Levels.
    So the blood clots are occurring at relatively low altitudes that normally would not pose the slightest problem.
    How many passengers – self loading freight – have landed as corpses?
