    It used to be that only using microbes was bio-warfare, but if they’ve developed other means to attack our bodily or bio-chemical functions with nanobots or manipulation of mRNA/DNA that’s bio-warfare too. Even the release of millions of mosquitoes by Bill Gates to do who-knows-what is bio-warfare.
