This is a really good explanation of what to do and how.  All the little details you don’t normally get from a commercial presentation.  Good pictures of the work, and the measurements.  If you are worried about 5G and 4G etc, you should watch this right through.  It could help your health enormously, improve your sleep and help anxiety.
