The inhabitants of Brussels lower the mask… The police give up!

The number does not make the Truth. But numbers can prove to be very valuable in influencing certain iniquitous practices. The lesson was given to us this weekend in Brussels and should be valid for France and for the rest of Europe subjected to Covidian hysteria.
With the good weather, all the green spaces in Brussels, and in particular the Parc du Cinquantenaire and the Bois de la Cambre, were very busy on Sunday. And a very large proportion of the walkers lowered their masks in a spontaneous movement of liberation and this without any respect for the famous social distancing.
Faced with the extent of the phenomenon, the police have given up on fining the many people who no longer respect the sanitary restrictions.
“Observation: many people without masks. The police are watching but cannot be everywhere despite the deployment of extra patrols”, laconically declared Ilse Van de Keere, spokesperson of the Brussels-Capitale/Ixelles police. And the confession: “It was impossible to fine all those who did not respect the measures”.

Yes, it’s a goodie alright, especially the essential advice offered in the very final verse. ‘They can’t arrest us all!’
It fits perfectly with what I keep repeating about the naivety of those who place their misguided faith in the corrupt judicial system, believing those complicit traitors will save them and save us.
It’s pathetic and almost childish, not to mention a huge waste of time and money.
They’d probably do netter if they entrusted Trump or Q-Anon to save us!

I just popped into the cheese shop. There was a masked long-haired older gentleman with a terrier in front of me. As he finished his dealings with cheese, he rounded on me and said that I should be wearing a mask. I informed him that this was none of his business, but he refused to back away from the counter and continued to assault me verbally. I repeated that this was none of his business, and attempted to approach the counter. He said that I was within two metres of him and should withdraw. I said I would call the Police if he refused to back away! He then seized his phone and said that he would call the Police! He walked out of the shop and waited for me outside. The shop-keeper advised to leg it as he could be dangerous so I used my super fit conditiion to sprint away from the scene, buying a bottle of Chianti on the way home and walking away from the main roads.
