Ontario Police take an oath to uphold the Constitution of Canada https://www.ontario.ca/laws/regulation/910144/v1 which includes the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
In other words, the duty of police is to safeguard our fundamental rights and freedoms. Arresting individuals who present fact based evidence that the corona effect is criminal and not demonstrably justified illustrates the growing police state in Canada that should alarm everyone.
