Sinjar (IraqiNews.com) The total number of mass graves of Yazidi victims have reached 62 in Sinajr, west of Nineveh, an official was quoted saying on Tuesday.

Speaking to AlSumaria News, Fahd Hamed Omar, acting mayor of Sinjar, said, “a human rights team arrived at Sinjar and counted the amount of discovered Yazidi mass graves, which reached 62 so far.”

Some graves, according to Omar, includes thousands of relics of civilians, while others composed of couple of victims’ relics. “Among the executed are whole families that were killed by Islamic State.”

“IS executed them collectively on the eighth day after controling Sinjar. We were watching from the top of Sinjar mountain how they executed and buried them using machines in mass graves,” Omar added.

He described the execution of Yazidis as “the biggest genocide in the modern times.”

Earlier on the day, a mass grave composed of relics of Yazidi victims was found in Sinjar, Alqurtas News website reported.

Relics of 24 Yazidis were found in Kesra al-Mei’rab village. They were shot in the heads and chests, Iraqi officials told Al-Hurra TV channel.

Iraqi troops, according to the officials, were extradited to forensic medicine department to identify their relatives.

Habitat of the Iraqi Yazidi religious minority, Sinjar came under the international spotlights after IS militants took over the region in 2014.

Many Yazidis were persecuted and held in Mosul by Islamic State, which considered them devil-worshippers.

Who are the Yazidi people of Iraq?  They were pre-christian followers of Jesus, whose history and survival are a denial of the doctrines of the Catholic Church.  The US and the West cooperated with this genocide, the worst of modern times.  Why?  Is it to hide the truth about the historical Jesus?  The cities of Osrhoene were decimated and the antiquities destroyed by ISIS, the cities where Jesus originated as king – such as Palmyra.

The Yazidi people of Iraq

The Yazadi of Iraq – the people of Izas-Jesus.

It would appear that the persecuted Yazadi people of Iraq are actually called the Izad people, which is the Parthian spelling of Izas (Izates) – the princes and kings of Edessa.

Incredibly, it would appear that the Yazidi are likely to be the people of King Izas of Edessa – the biblical Jesus.

In terms of their religion, the Yazidi (Izadi) are obviously Sabaean (Star Worshippers), just as the biblical Jesus and the monarchs of Edessa were also Sabaean. (Check out the birth scene for Jesus). The god with seven angels is the Sun with seven planets. While the chief angel, Malak Taus (the Peacock Angel or Peacock King) is quite obviously the Phoenix. The language here is Greco-Aramaic, the same languages as used at Edessa (Malak means angel or king in Aramaic, while Taoos means peacock in Greek). Anyone who has read the latest version of ‘Jesus, King of Edessa’, will know the importance of the Phoenix to the history of Edessa.
