Meet the unqualified change agent secularist Peter Fisher MBE who helped undermine UK military via changes to military law and was incredibly honoured by Queenie who is supposed to be Commander-in-chief and defender if the faith. By this act alone Queenie seems to have negated her duties on both military and religious fronts. One presumes that Fisher must have been a key change agent given that he has been awarded a gong for services rendered.

It’s being called the biggest overhaul of the military criminal justice system in fifty years.
Would SGT Blackman’s CO have quashed any charges had it not been for this ?
Lawyers’ Secular Society there are few lawyers now involved in the org.
In his own words…..bold in body of text mine.
Hello! What’s your name and your current position?
Peter Fisher MBE, retired.
Tell us a bit about yourself
I was a civil servant in the Ministry of Justice and its predecessors 1973-2011. My last role was advising the Judge Advocate General in connection with the military justice system, during its major overhaul; the Court Martial is administratively rather like the Crown Court but with some added complications.
Previously I managed various tribunals, latterly the Immigration Appeal Tribunal. I am not legally qualified – but one picks up a bit of law in 40 years.
Former civil servant Fischer is seemingly still active via probable intel front The Lawyers’ Secular Society (LSS) who seek to rid govt of religious influence and undermine the position of the C of E and thus our constitution whilst stirring up shit with his orgs particular focus on so called sharia law. There are links to be found with Matrix Chambers and the ranting fake far right campaigners linked to David Horowitz.
LSS were instrumental in the failed attempt at pot stirring re Involvement in planned 2015 UK Mohammed cartoon exhibition curiously promoting the same inflammatory cartoon meme as the Charlie Hebdo attacks DGSE take note. see appendix for detail.

The Commander-in-Chief of the British Armed Forces is a position vested in the British monarch, currently Queen Elizabeth II, who as Sovereign and head of state is the “Head of the Armed Forces“.
Involvement in planned Mohammed cartoon exhibition
Klendjian’s resignation came after he had agreed to speak in his LSS capacity at a proposed exhibition of cartoons of the prophet Mohammed, which had been scheduled to take place in London in September 2015. The event was principally being organised by the group Sharia Watch, led by Klendjian’s close associate Anne Marie Waters.
Listed as members on August 2015
When re-launched in early 2013, it was reported that there were 100 members of the LSS. However, by 24 August 2015, after the fall-out from the Mohammed cartoon affair, just five people were listed on the site:
- Peter Bowen-Walker, biologist, part-time lecturer and law student
- Peter Fisher MBE, a retired civil servant who worked in the UK Ministry of Justice and its predecessors between 1973-2011. His last role was advising the Judge Advocate General in connection with the military justice system, during its major overhaul.
- “Mark“, a solicitor
- Richard Scorer, ‘head of serious injury and abuse litigation at a leading law firm’
- Jay Marshall, law student and president of the law society at the University of West London

The following were listed as members between December 2013 and at least 22 July 2015:
- David Wolfe QC, barrister at Matrix Chambers London
- David Grey
- Dr Ronan McCrea

4) What the advocates of a secular state seek to negate.
Throughout the creative centuries of the Common Law, the orientation of the mind and life of England was towards God : Godward. All the life and institutions of the realm were inspired and guided by a moral ideal. The Church was every-where the centre of community life. The separate organisation of Church and State was designed to secure that the moral and spiritual life of Everyman should be free from control by the political officers of the community, and so to avoid the danger of totalitarianism. (“Christian Philosophy in Common Law,” by Richard O’Sullivan KC. 1942)
The Lawyers’ Secular Society has welcomed a challenge by two individuals to abolish the religious element of ceremonies to mark the start of the legal year.
Peter Fisher, a retired Ministry of Justice civil servant, and John Butcher, a former Tory parliamentary candidate and current Surrey councillor, have called on the Justice Secretary Chris Grayling to separate the Church of England from judicial affairs. You can read more here and here.
Commenting on the challenge Charlie Klendjian, secretary of the LSS, said:
“The LSS supports this initiative. The clear view of the LSS is that all state institutions and ceremonies – especially those concerning our legal system – must not have a religious flavour.
“Some might say these ceremonies are harmless and even fun traditions. There is however nothing funny about religious influences in a legal system, and we only need look to the present Middle East and to our own history for evidence of this. At best religious power and a fair legal system make quarrelsome bedfellows; at worst they are fundamentally incompatible.
