Maptitude – technological secret modern Gerrymandering – has changed the political game

Gerrymandering of voting districts today is done by software.  Redistricting changed from horse and buggy into a rocket ship by 2010, with computer power able to rig the districts.  The system packs the Democrats into one district leaving the other areas free for the Republicans.  Karl Rove announced the redistricting programme in 2010, stating that the Republicans would take back control of Congress using redistricting.  It was done as advertised.
