How to Protect Your Health During The Flu Season. My tips and Dr Mercola’s.

TAP – My primary strategy in avoiding flu is drinking raw milk from a local dairy farm.  So many people are wanting it that I now fill up the car trunk/boot with crates full of the stuff and sell it on to friends, colleagues and relatives.  It has Vitamin D, anti-viral properties and great gut flora.

The farm I get the milk from uses minimal sprays (only for docks), grows and grinds their own animal feed from corn (wheat) so there’s no GMO.  They plough the land only once every ten years at minimal depth (to avoid churning weed seeds).  Without the use of sprays and fertilisers, the soil is healthy.  The animals are healthy, and once I drink the milk, I am healthy too.

Anyone in our local town, Shrewsbury or around the Shrewsbury area, can contact me for a supply if they’re interested (email address).  I’m investing in a larger refrigerator to manage the stocks.  The farm sells the milk at five times the bulk price offered to farmers by the supermarkets, and it’s worth every goddam penny.  They can make a living producing half the amount they used to do from the same land.

The next section is an extract from Dr Mercola who doesn’t mention raw milk as such, but everything he’s for is contained within it.  And you avoid the nasties at the same time.  The rest of his article is saying that vaccines don’t work in most cases, and with flu it actually makes things worse for you to get vaccinated.  I give the link to Dr Mercola at the end of the post as per usual.

Avoiding serious complications from influenza and resisting other influenza-like illness during the flu season is primarily about taking positive steps throughout the year to maintain a healthy, well functioning immune system.

By following these simple guidelines, you can help keep your immune system in optimal working order so that you’re far less likely to acquire the infection to begin with or, if you do get sick with the flu, you are better prepared to move through it without complications and soon return to good health.

  • Optimize your gut flora. This may be the single most important strategy you can implement as the bacteria in your gut have enormous control of your immune response. The best way to improve your beneficial bacteria ratio is to avoid sugars as they will feed pathogenic microbes. Additionally, processed foods and most grains should be limited and replaced with healthy fats like coconut oil, avocados, olives, olive oil, butter, eggs and nuts. Once you change your diet, then regular use of fermented foods can radically optimize the function of your immune response.
  • Optimize your vitamin D levels. This is one of the absolute best strategies for avoiding infections of ALL kinds, and vitamin D deficiency may actually be the true culprit behind the seasonality of the flu – not the flu virus itself. Regularlymonitor your vitamin D levels to confirm your levels are within the therapeutic range of 50-70 ng/ml. Ideally, you’ll want to get almost all of your vitamin D from sun exposure or a tanning bed. Supplement with an oral vitamin D3 supplement to make sure your level is 40-60 ng/ml. Just be sure to take vitamin K2 and magnesium if you are taking oral vitamin D as it has a powerful synergy and will help prevent any D toxicity.
  • Avoid sugar and processed foods. Sugar impairs the quality of your immune response almost immediately. It also can decimate your beneficial bacteria and feed the pathogenic yeast and viruses. Be aware that sugar (typically in the form of high fructose corn syrup) is present in foods you may not suspect, like ketchup and fruit juice. If you are healthy then sugar can be consumed but the LAST thing you should be eating when you are sick is sugar. Trans fats in most processed foods also play havoc with your immune response.
  • Get plenty of rest. If your body is overly fatigued it will be harder for it to fight the flu. Be sure to check out my article “Guide to a Good Night’s Sleep” for some great tips to help you get quality rest.
  • Have effective tools to address stress. If you feel that stress is taking a toll on your health, consider using an energy psychology tool such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is remarkably effective in relieving stress associated with all kinds of events, from work, to family, to trauma.
  • Get regular exercise. When you exercise, you increase your circulation and your blood flow throughout your body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it spreads. Be sure to stay hydrated – drink plenty of fluids, especially water. However, it would be wise to radically reduce the intensity of your workouts while you are sick. No Peak Fitness exercises until you are better.
  • Take a high-quality animal-based omega-3. Increase your intake of healthy and essential fats like the omega-3 found in krill oil, which is crucial for maintaining health. It is also vitally important to avoid damaged omega-6 oils that are trans fats and in processed foods as it will seriously damage your immune response.
  • Wash your hands. Washing your hands will decrease your likelihood of spreading a virus to your nose, mouth or other people. Be sure you don’t use antibacterial soap for this. Antibacterial soaps are completely unnecessary, and they cause far more harm than good. Instead, identify a simple chemical-free soap that you can switch your family to. In addition to washing your hands regularly, cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze. If possible, avoid close contact with those, who are sick and, if you are sick, avoid close contact with those who are well.
  • Use natural immune-boosters. Examples include oil of oregano, liposomal vitamin C, and garlic. Unlike pharmaceutical antibiotics, these do not appear to lead to resistance.
  • Avoid hospitals. I recommend avoiding hospitals unless you’re having an emergency and need expert medical care, as hospitals are prime breeding grounds for infections of all kinds—including antibiotic-resistant diseases. The best place to get plenty of rest and recover from illness that is not life-threatening is usually in the comfort of your own home.

Protect Your Right to Informed Consent and Defend Vaccine Exemptions

With all the uncertainty surrounding the safety and efficacy of vaccines, it’s critical to protect your right to make independent health choices and exercise voluntary informed consent to vaccination. It is urgent that everyone in America stand up and fight to protect and expand vaccine informed consent protections in state public health and employment laws. The best way to do this is to get personally involved with your state legislators and educating the leaders in your community.

The main cause of the flu is the vaccine with “attenuated” virus (which means live virus but warned not to misbehave and stay timid lol ) plus about 100 other toxins in the vial like aluminium and mercury etc which will poison you permanently and screw your immunity. Most that get the flu have been vaccinated but they will say “ah but it could have been much worse if we didn’t jab you” ……..with a flu virus …. lol

But we have to think of the pharma companies shareholders who might suffer if we did not volunteer for a toxic syringe every year.

Cant get any raw milk in Scotland now but I used to drink it myself.

From Dr Hadwen’s lectures on the madness of vacciantion :-

“So Dr. Jenner soon found he would have to change his whistle, and invented a novel idea. The idea he started was this: he said there are two kinds of pox. One is the genuine kind and the other spurious, and those who have had cow-pox and yet have had small-pox afterwards, have had the spurious variety.

Those who had cow-pox and did not have small-pox afterwards were those who bad had the genuine disease. This was a very clever and specious kind of argument, and the next thing that Jenner had to do was to find out where the genuine cow-pox could be found.
Accordingly, on going into a stable one day he found that a cow had been affected with a very peculiar kind of disease that was produced in this way. It seems that a man had been seeing to the grease upon a horse’s heels, and had gone to milk the cows without washing his hands. The result was that it produced that peculiar kind of disease known by the name of horse-grease cow-pox.

“This,” said Jenner, “is the life-preserving fluid,” and he went home to write about the wonderful virtues of horse-grease cow-pox. However, it was necessary to perform an experiment, and he inoculated a boy named John Baker with horse-grease, direct from the horse’s heels. He intended later to inoculate him with smallpox in order to see whether it would take, but it was something like the case of the man, you remember, who had an idea that if he only gave his horse a gradually diminishing diet he would at last be able to keep it on nothing.
You remember that the horse died before the experiment could be completed, and it was the same with John Baker, for the poor boy died in the workhouse directly afterwards from a contagious fever contracted from the inoculation. (” Shame.”)….”

The medical profession has not changed – they just make name changes and learn that Jenner was the great father of vaccines – even though he was a fake doctor with bought degrees.

It is historical fact that a vaccine caused more people to die of the ‘Spanish flu’ pandemic by suppressing their lung capacity or some such words. I’m not a doctor, so I forget the actual terminology, but the vaccine sold to fight the Spanish flu has been proven to be the main cause of more deaths than otherwise would have occurred.

Very kind of this blog to offer help for those seeking facts, not propaganda. Happy New Year. We are many. The dark forces are few, powerful and worth defeating.

The jabs given for the great “flu” epidemic were not flu vaccines but just syringes full of bacteria which led to blood infection and death for millions. It came from american army vaccination . The untreated and unvaccinated did not get ill . Plus enormous overdoses of aspirin killed as well.
It is explained in american medical officers reports

The Well of the Sea restaurant in Chicago installed UV radiation to supplement regular lighting in dining rooms and kitchen for its subtle, eerie effect. The owner reported after that, his employees were absent less and dropped fewer dishes, and so their work output increased 25 percent. Their personal relations were unusually cordial from then on. Moreover, the same group worked together for 20 years, and even during the Hong Kong flu epidemic, they were healthy without vaccinations.

Hi Tap, I didn’t think you would have… It was only a week or 2 ago, but I’ve checked your site and it’s gone. I definitely faved it, and it’s gone from my faves…

I’ve just done a general search & found the same article here (I’ve not seen ‘subfeed’ before BTW):

Perhaps I’m confused, and you didn’t post this article at all? Do you recognise it?

BTW1) Your ‘mailing list’ link still doesn’t work for me.
