Here’s a situation were the poverty stricken Filipinos have been robed yet again of 900 million dollars which should have gone to fight their poverty but instead was pocketed by Lucio Tan the second richest billionaire from the Philipinnes.

Lucio Tan is a Chinese Filipino businessman with interests in banking, airline, liquor, tobacco and real estate industries. Tan was born on July 17, 1934, in Amoy (now Xiamen), Fujian, People’s Republic of China. His parents moved to the Philippines when he was a child.
In 2000, Tan became the primary stockholder of the Philippine National Bank….Eton Properties Philippines, the global real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group.
In 2013, the Forbes Magazine listed him as the second richest billionaire from the Philippines with a net worth of $7.5 billion.
