how raw milk boosts your health

Your body is designed to be healthy. When you provide it with the raw materials it needs, such as healthy foods, exercise, pure water, sufficient sleep and avoidance of toxins, it can move towards optimal health with greater ease.

One of the ways your body achieves health is by using antioxidants to limit free radical damage. Glutathione, one of your body’s most powerful antioxidants that resides in each of your cells, is also the ‘lead’ antioxidant that helps keep all the others performing at their peak.

Whey derived from raw milk is an outstanding, natural way to help boost your glutathione levels.

From Dr Mercola –

TAP – in other words pasteurisation destroys this element.  Otherwise it needn’t be from raw. That no doubt is why they pasteurise it.

Add to that these healthy fats –

Sources of healthy fats include:
Olives and Olive oil Coconuts and coconut oil Butter made from raw grass-fed organic milk

Milk is wonderful stuff if you are a young calf but it is very bad for us humans.

Think about what milk is, it is breast milk.

When we were babies we needed breast milk to grow. Sadly some babies got bottle fed and ended up paying the price with their health as adults. (asthma, diabetes, chrons disease) to name but a few illnesses caused by milk consumption.

Cow’s breast milk is specially designed by nature to enable a young calf to grow very quickly. It contains special hormones that act in the calf’s body causing cells to divide a replicate very fast.

In your body, after many years consumption, milk can cause cancer.

Read the China Study by Colin Campbell. It may save your life.

Dr Mercola writes some interesting articles, but on milk he is totally wrong.

All I know is when I drink raw milk, my health picks up. I never get colds or flu and my stomach works as it should do.

Humans only learned how to survive cold climates by herding cattle. We got everything we needed to get through the winter. Leather. Meat. Milk, butter etc. Funny how modern PR campaigns all go for milk as the great enemy of health. I suspect there’s a motive somewhere.

As I say, I feel marvellous whenever I drink raw milk, and adore it with raw unrefined farm chocolate in combination.

I rest animal milk when in the Philippines, and drink coconut juice (buko), and fresh garlic/roasted peanuts as my alternative healthy treat.

It’s all so cheap to be healthy. That’s the real problem with milk. It’s so cheap and no profit for the food industry.

God didn’t promise the Israelites a land following with pasteurised milk and margarine spread. The tribes of Israel were to enter the promised land, a land flowing with milk and honey. Surely the creator of man would know what was good for him.
Consider also, why do you think you are here today? It’s because your ancestors ate whole and healthy foods.
There are 48 verses in scriptures referring to milk.
From that, one can deduce they drank raw cow, goat and sheep milk, made butter, whey and cheese.

Formulated milk is what damages young babies as it’s got some vitamins yes… but this is outweighed with all the chemicals like aspartame and the other junk they put it in. Formulated milk is a MASSIVE profit-making industry too.

Doctors and health workers push for this to be fed to babies because ”it’s good for them”. Try asking them if they know about all the chemicals inside it… usually a blank stare.

Let’s not forget too that formulated milk is only a relative recent invention. What do you think mothers gave their kids for thousands of year before that? Raw milk/breast fed milk.

I loved this entry in WikiPedia about Infant Milk:

”A 2001 World Health Organization (WHO) report found that infant formula prepared in accordance with applicable Codex Alimentarius standards was a safe complementary food and a suitable breast milk substitute.”

Codex Alimentarius… where have we heard about this before:
