from Dr Patel
The National Health Service (NHS) was set up in 1948 as the government saw their menfolk were not fit enough for another war, the bankers plan was for 3 world wars in 100 years, they saw that 100 years ago  the sun never stopped shining on the British empire and said that Britain was the worlds wealthiest nation, so the bankers envied that prosperity, and British people had to be made fitter and healthier for another war and a weekly sum taken out of their wages for the health care which was then free as it was already paid for, but people began coming in from all over the world to have children , operations and even organ transplants, two children sent over from Africa to be cared for by British taxpayers, that is schooled homed and brought up,  Damilola taylor and Victoria Climbie were both murdered, highlighting a cottage industry in children being sent here for Brits to pay for, the recent case of a wife of a Russian multi-milionaire mafia boss havinga nose job on the NHS because she felt “she looked too Jewish ” shows how abused the system is.

The Royal College of Physicians say that many wards are closed and even whole Hospitals are being closed because of financial cuts, and claim excuses are made of patients having bugs or viruses making patients sick while the real reason for the closures is financial haemorrhage, some official bodies say we now have double the population we had 10 years ago and the country and NHS cannot cope, almost 100 languages and dialects are spoken now in England causing huge problems,  elderly patients are being woken in the middle of the night and made to walk in their pyjamas to other wards and shuffled about like parcels, while the  government says people are living longer official bodies say we are not, and life expectancy is now 77 and lowering year on year, one damning internal rerport claimed patients were often woken and sent home in taxis as the bed was needed for another patient.
Many elderly are having their bank accounts and homes seized to pay for hospital care that was already payed for, the men sent to W W 1 and W W 2 were told that if they got injured, they would be cared for during their lfetime by government, what a vicious lie.  The retired Jewish doctor who uses the professional name of Dr. John Martin was one of the main exponents campaigning for gays to have their own olympics, this doctor claims that British Hospitals filled out 345 serious incident reports in UK Hospitals where patients died, and in many cases the doctors comcerned did not speak English, and blamed the entire NHS collapse on goverment racist polices over many years, he went on to say the government programme of toxic skytrailing was behind the huge increase in Asthma and respiratory conditions.
Care  in Hospitals is on the brink of collapse due to these problems, some experts are saying that the huge tragedy which happened in  between 2005 and 2009 where hundreds of patients died, is just waiting to happen again, one answer according to the hugely wealthy pharmaceutical industry is for them to take over completely, a plan was recently devised where Cherie Blair would front the drug companies take over, but the public outcry against involvement with anything to do with the Bliar’s was so great that the plan was shelved. Dr Patel Doctors against racism.

    Lifting the burden
People are living longer than ever before. But what they are dying of is changing in ways doctors have few answers to

The news agenda set by likes of Economist says a lot. Serious manipulation and disinformation agent.

On the subject of Economist (off topic, but you haven’t started a thread on the shootings yet).

Now heavy calls for revoking right to bare arms.

Growing up I thought it was crazy people could bare arms, especially due to the very high murder rates in the US.

But, America was a modern country set up from scratch. The reason that right is their is to stop goverments from becoming out of control and tyranising its people. Something that is likely to get worse.

SO I can understand by many Americans do no want to give up that right.

Fascinating glimpse of ‘Dr Patel’s’ thinking there. Would like to hear more explanation though.
As a patient I thoroughly agree the NHS is dysfunctional and collapsing. Multiple entwined assured destruction reasons.
Massive influx of immigrants. No problem with as many as the infrastructure can support. But I’ve lost count of the indigenous nurses and doctors I’ve heard mumbling very bitterly about the health tourists and foreign nationals they are forced to treat, most often to the detriment of indigenous folks.
This was on NuLab’s watch. It emerged after they were voted out that this massive influx was planned. St Cokehead himself only knows whatever was going through their heads when they orchestrated that nation-devastating flood job.
What’s not so well known is Mr Blair’s injunction to NHS executives to heavily quash all complaint and dissension from all quarters. (Sunday Times published a copy of it way back, if I recall right.)
This served to render the NHS a far less caring, far more savage organisation. It enabled and even condoned widespread poor treatment, caused many hundreds of thousands of needless deaths and injuries – and ruthless coverups. Failure demand occasioned by such callous attitudes has decimated the NHS. It was predictable. Yet only St Cokehead knows how extremely live-for-the-day things were back then.
Another NuLab brainchild, the widely hated and despised dictatorial MMC – Modernising Medical Careers – had doctors young and old seriously up in arms.It demoralised a whole generation of rising docs and older professionals threw in the towel and retired early. Negative impact on NHS (et ergo patients)inevitable.
Today, there’s a quiet, largely unreported, immense push to get the NHS back on track with exhortations to staff to be ‘compassionate, caring, open and honest’ with all sorts of rights and pledges enshrined in a ‘constitution’.
All the things you’d naturally expect from your healthcare provider. But which have been largely missing over the last 15 years or so. As a patient, I can’t condone the sheer callous carelessness that was encouraged, but as a human I can understand the horrid working environments this pernicious range of dictats set up for too many staff.
Treating both patients and staff humanely in a Golden Rule kind of way really is the only way the NHS will recover. It’s simple really: treating people badly only results in repeat business and failure demand that you really don’t want – it’s costly, time consuming and extremely wearing for all concerned. And this, I would argue, is where most of the wasted NHS money and effort has gone.Short term spin gains at the expense of patients’ and staff longer term health and NHS functionality.
    Take a bow Mr Blair.

The system is mismanaged deliberately. They didn’t want the middle class to achieve better health care. That’s why the NHS was set up, not to help the poor as it was sold to the public, but to injure and kill the middle who were worrying the upper levels who really control everything. all the collapses in school standards, health provision, local government, business regulation etc can be explained as an attempt to stop the middle levels of society from rising further. The elites want the good for themselves. All others are to be halted.
