What do Julian Assange and Andrea Davison have in common? – Part 3

TAP – Wasp, the first one looks fine on the edit page prior to publication. Then it expands when I publish it, anmd half the letter diappears. Is there a way to stop this, other than quit Google and set up at a new blog address? That would be a shame after six years. The other letters are OK, just the Gordon Brown one. Here’s the link so you can see the whole letter easily enough.

One can clearly see political interference into the case being mounted by the Derbyshire Police which they ignored and continued to put Ms Davison on trial to which she was found guilty of 27 charges…….however she did not attend the Mold Crown Court and so the police issued a bench warrant for her arrest…….she eventually turned up in the Ecuador Embassy in London and is currently seeking political asylum with Julian Assange as her roommate!!
The question remains will the Police or government ask the embassy to release her so that she can continue to give her vital evidence at the yet to be revealed Chilcot Inquiry……….obviously not as that would be the downfall of not only ex Prime Ministers but also the current PM and possible many members of the Government.
One should also mention in closing the fact that Ms Davison and her journalistic friend, Pete Sawyer could possibly also be charged under the official secrets act for holding and sharing official secrets and then in their publication on Ms Davison’s own blog and also in articles published by Mr. Sawyer himself that could be considered as highly sensitive!!
Mr. Sawyer had the audacity to tell Gordon and I that the reason he was attending the Royal Courts of Justice was to make sure we never printed such articles as this one……..Sorry Mr Sayer you failed on that point…….also this so called journalist had the audacity to wait outside the court and take photographs of Gordon and I…………this gave me no option but to also film him which upset him deeply and he responded by almost poking his telephoto lens up my nostril…….all to no avail!!!
Stayed tuned for more juicy government cover-ups and if you want to learn more you can go to the US Republic Broadcasting Network and listen to Paul Drockton and I in our own show……you can find this also on the link on this page……happy listening!!

Dear Tap,
If you check your previous posts you we see I (Anon) gave this Eyre link in your comments section.
I was tired of the character called WASP continually regurgitating others hard worked articles, usually sometime after the original posts.
WASP = PLAGIARIST.
He/She will say they give full credit which may be true but why make a perfectly good article so disjointed. Why not just post the link so that we can see the real thing from people who do the work and who take the risks to do the investigating rather than just a “copy and paste” article.
Unless you as Tap use the tag WASP as a way of putting across articles that you can disown if necessary.
Even Eyre has sources. The original source is the event or person doing the role being commented on. The rest of us are water molecules feeling the ripples passing by, and taking a read. Our own character expresses as we chat about what the latest ripple told us and felt like. WASP’s not that bad a character. Anyway we know him well. That gives us confidence as he’s been right on many topics over the years we’ve read his stuff.
As for me, just a molecule in the universe who wants to know what’s going on. Don’t be so rude about copiers and pasters. It’s a great way to show others what you think deserves publishing, and from them to tell you.
Very little original work can be found on The Tap. But lots of good information and ideas flows through our pages most days. Stay tuned.
The old saw applies. Coopy one source and you’re a plagiarist. Copoy several and you’re a researcher. The only problem is how many is enough to convert the plagiarist into a research analyst. No one’s ever defined the total required. In my view WASP qualifies. But it hardly matters. If he’s a plagiarist, he’s quick and know who to plagiarise and when. That’s good enough for me. And I’m the editor. So there!

Tap, one possibility is that the original images here are all set to a width that is greater than your center column, so they get cut off.
The first two are 700 pixels by 1051 pixels and 700px by 1052px respectively so they won’t show up properly because your center column is something like 500px wide. (It is set at 65% of your blog’s width, which is 770px in total so 65% of that is 500.5px.)
Resizing them to 480px wide (using an HTML inspector like Firebug or a built-in one) makes them fit in your article properly, allowing for some padding to the right.
The first two can thus be resized to 480px by 721px, the third one is fine as is; the fourth one can be changed by altering the width on the src line from 700px to 480px, and the final one works by resizing it to 480px by 637px.
If you resize the images you should be OK, e.g., in the last picture, using the HTML inspector to change the following line from this:
< img class=”aligncenter wp-image-1784″ width=”683″ height=”907″ title=”Letter Lord Hoyle to Mick Creedon” src=”https://eyreinternational.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/letter-lord-hoyle-to-mick-creedon1.jpg?w=683&h=907″ alt=””>
to this:
< img class=”aligncenter wp-image-1784″ width=”480″ height=”637″ title=”Letter Lord Hoyle to Mick Creedon” src=”https://eyreinternational.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/letter-lord-hoyle-to-mick-creedon1.jpg?w=683&h=907″ alt=””>
makes the image fit.
To work out the height, simply divide the original height and width – e.g. 907/683 = 1.3279 – and then multiply that by 480 and round the result to the nearest pixel to get a resized image that retains the ratio of the original.
Blogger probably lets you insert pictures in “small”, “medium”, “full size” or something but if you are linking to images that aren’t on your site then you may have to resize them manually in the HTML view – or change the width of your blog / blog’s center column.
I sent you an e-Mail earlier Tap
Drag & Drop, or as Anon states you can Resize Image.
REGARDS ……. WASP
thanks anonymous. That worked a treat. Now I can stop annoying readers with half sized images. Maybe the same technique will work with videos?
It should do, Tap – the “Why In The World Are They Spraying” one a bit further down is in an iframe and you can do the same kind of thing to that one as with the images.
E.g. change this:
< iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”” src=”http://www.youtube.com/embed/mEfJO0-cTis”>
to this:
< iframe width=”480″ height=”270″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”” src=”http://www.youtube.com/embed/mEfJO0-cTis”>
And it fits perfectly!
