FBI Wants Backdoor To Facebook

Spotted this one today:
FBI Wants Backdoors to Facebook, Twitter Immediately:
Bilderberg is obviously quite topical at the moment and this article is worth a read in order to understand how privacy and anonymity are loathed by the Elite:
… especially this quote:
”I think anonymity on the Internet has to go away. People behave a lot better when they have their real names down…. I think people hide behind anonymity and they feel like they can say whatever they want behind closed doors.” Ms. Zuckerberg

The Facebook founding family isn’t the only faction of Internet aristocracy calling for the obliteration of namelessness on the net. Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt made the same recommendation, describing anonymity as “dangerous” and practically calling upon the governments of the world to “demand” that citizens of their respective nations cease the practice of employing usernames and identities beyond their own real names.
Expectedly, there is significant opposition to the Facebook and Google combined campaign to abolish anonymity. Privacy and free speech advocates insist that mandating the use of real-life identities on the Internet would have a chilling effect on opposition both to oppression and to the exposure of victims of crime to additional targeting by those determined to threaten them.
Matthew Ingram of GigaOM, a San Francisco-based blog, recently wrote that, “Many people believe that requiring real names will solve the problems of trolls and bad behavior, but they don’t — and that policy can have negative consequences in terms of suppressing dialogue about important topics.”
At the Marie Claire symposium, Ms. Zuckerberg was challenged by attendees as to how Facebook and other foes of anonymity would go about boosting security on social media sites so as to protect the innocent. Zuckerberg assured the audience that such steps would be taken, but refused to provide particulars of the policy.

TAP – as if they don’t have one already.  Facebook was financed through a bank associated with the CIA.  We blogged that last year.  This is just window-dressing the fact that Facebook is CIA controlled from the start.

Any comment on the net provides all strands of authority with a wealth of information on individuals. It would not surprise me if the main players of Twitter,Facebook and others have worked for Goverment intelligents gathering departments at some point. Websites such as these are a gift for Governments. It could be argued that talking is a weakness, stating one’s position gives authority an opportunity to dig deeper. One becomes an open book

I agree up to a point. They underestimate the power of ordinary people to build things like businesses, or social and political groups, being so over-fascinated with their own power, which is rooted in the past history of the world. They are desperately trying to wrap up the United States, as they fear the loss of their privileges and powers. If we react in fear, they win. If we carry on building the new world which the internet makes possible, there is a good chance it is they who will fall victim to the machine they created to enslave us all.

Yes I can think of individuals who have stood tall above the crowd to state their case only to join Government at some point in the future .That said, it is healthy to express an opinion and long may that remain to be the case.

Most businesses are surely controlled by banks. If you want to start or expand a business, you go to a bank for finance. So they decide who survives, who falls, who grows. And in return for their “support” there are always conditions as part of the deal. I guess the way forward is to try and eliminate banks from the loop. Small collaborating businesses rather than big controlling corporations, perhaps?

The backbone of British Industry is run by small business with just a small percentage of overall UK business operated by the Corporate sector. The was acknowledged by Maggie Thatcher during her time in office, small business still remains by far the largest business sector in the UK today.I can tell you that the banks are not by any means large stake holders In British Indiusty and have never been so in the UK. British banks loan far more money to the City (finance) with around 9% of their total lending going to British manufacturing. Working class and mostly middle class families make up the small business model, the latter of the classes do not rely on banks to finance business, they use their own money from their own family purse or from another business somewhere within the family.Three cheers for working/middle class small business in the UK.I am proud of the ever silent majority,(small UK business) they have no time to be loud because they are busy working, that is unless they have already be killed off by the Government

No. Business isn’t killed off. It’s taking a few hammer blows from manipulation of the financial levers in the hands of the wreckers, but it is still in place.

The silent majority needs to stop being silent if it wants to maintain sits free and independent way of life. The elites desire the end of independent thought. That will include the end of independent economic activity, if they can. Finance is parasitical, and far too powerful. Money should not be issued by private bankers, as it is, but by independent democratic nation states. Everything is coming under threat.
