Fight Chemtrailing…With Diet!

In the threads on chemtrailing, we hear disturbing reports from many parts of the country, describing the continual spraying of aluminum and barium over towns and cities. Commenters report sickness, flu-like symptoms but without a fever (temperature) and other negative consequences. Politicians refuse to acknowledge that chemtrailing is happening. Most don’t reply or if they do, they claim the sky is filling with contrails not chemtrails. Yet water analysis shows this not to be true.

A comment came in today offering another ‘solution’ – diet to protect the body from these attacks. This is it.

Most people have heard of chlorella and spirulina, but they don’t really know the details of why these are truly the best food sources on the planet. For example, did you know that, ounce per ounce, spirulina contains twelve times the digestible protein of beef? It’s a far better protein than beef, and it contains a much healthier mineral balance (such as magnesium) that just isn’t found in beef.

TAP – anyone tried it? I think this is the stuff Gordon Logan talked about the elites using to neutralise the effects of nuclear contamination. It’s algae with enough amino-acids to protect DNA, which otherwise gets split open by nuclear effects.

Anonymous As the original poster of this comment I can tell you that my wife and I each take 12 tablets of Chlorella a day with orange juice to them down. We’ve been doing this this for years and have never felt better. Chlorella contains just about everything you need in a supplement.

JULIA Just having a healthy diet and lifestyle, fresh air, exercise, not too much stress etc, will stand you in good stead, whatever is thrown at you. On the other hand negative emotions like fear panic and worry can have enormous negative effects on your health and immune system. Spirulina comes from seaweed, and it is incredible that a country with so much sea has no seaweed in its diet. The best food is from the wild. Try reading Food For Free by Richard Mabey.

    Tap, you should provide a warning with Spirulina. “Contains the essential amino acid phenylalanine (2.6-4.1 g/100 g),[3] which should be avoided by people who have the rare genetic disorder phenylketonuria, where the body cannot metabolize this amino acid and it builds up in the brain, causing damage.” (Wikipedia).

    I’ve tried both. Don’t taste that good. Not sure how to eat them. I’ve thought about mixing a spoonful with yoghurt. Still have the tubs I bought, uneaten.

    Small quantities in (eg banana-based) fruit smoothies works well (and turns them a shade of green that is great for kids halloween parties). I’d have thought mixing in yoghurt could work well, but plain yoghurt may not be enough to overpower the flavour to any great extent…
