Britain And France Were Preparing For Libyan War In November 2010

People in Britain and all over Europe are beginning to realise that they were bounced into supporting a war with Libya by clever media manipulation.  They are now waking up.  David Cameron is trying to keep the war going, as he was its primary media instigator, but people all over Britain smell a rat.

Open Europe –  Splits widen over Libya

Splits in the international coalition on Libya widened as French Defence Minister Gérard Longuet declared that plans to continue bombing until Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi departs exceed the UN mandate, contradicting proposals put forward by David Cameron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Barak Obama last week. Italy and Spain have rejected calls by France and the UK to contribute more to missions targeting Gaddafi’s forces. Meanwhile, David Cameron dismissed demands by John Baron MP for a recall of parliament over Libya, despite MPs warning that “the mission in Libya has changed quite significantly” since Parliament’s original vote.

So much for the narrative of a wave of Arabic emotion sweeping The Middle East and North Africa against dictatorship as propagated by Al Jazeera through Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt and so on.  It was all part of a carefully created theatrical scene preparing for war.  The proof of that is that Britain and France had started their detailed Libyan invasion plans in 2010, several months before the CIA-backed democracy movements were sent onto the streets exercising so-called People Power.
The power of the CIA to put crowds onto the street in any country, through the use of money and logistical support, is the story of People Power, ever since it first manifested itself in the overthrow of Ferdinand Marcos in the Philippines twenty years ago.
War takes a long time to prepare, and the Libyan war has been under construction for years.

Military operations of this size and magnitude are never improvised. The war on Libya as well as the armed insurrection were planned months prior to the Arab protest movement…
Libya, 19 March 2011. “No Fly Zone” under UN Security Council Resolution 1973: A “Humanitarian War” is Launched.

We were led to believe that the protest movement in Egypt and Tunisia had spread to Libya.

The insurrection in Libya was presented as a spontaneous response to a wave of pro-democracy activism which had swept the Arab World.

In turn, we were led to believe that “the international community” decided in response to these unfolding events, to “protect the lives of civilians” and refer the matter to the United Nations Security Council.

The media then reported that it was only once the UN Security Council had adopted Resolution 1973, that the US and NATO member countries took the decision to intervene militarily in Libya under the “No Fly Zone”…

THE WAR ON LIBYA WAS KNOWN AND DECIDED WELL IN ADVANCE.

MILITARY PLANNING WAS IN “AN ADVANCED STAGE OF READINESS”.

UN SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 1973 PERTAINING TO LIBYA WAS ALREADY ON THE DRAWING BOARD, MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF  THE “PRO-DEMOCRACY” INSURRECTION IN EASTERN LIBYA. …

On November 02 2010, more than four months prior to the onset of Operation Odyssey Dawn, France and the UK announced the conduct of war games under Operation “SOUTHERN MISTRAL 2011” against “AN IMAGINARY COUNTRY’ called “SOUTHLAND”, living under a “DICTATORSHIP”  which allegedly “was responsible for an attack against France’s national interests”.
The Franco-British (humanitarian) air operation against “SOUTHLAND” was to be carried out pursuant to an IMAGINARY “UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO: 3003”.

The war games were scheduled to start on March 21, 2011. THESE FRANCO-BRITISH WAR GAMES  NEVER TOOK PLACE. OPERATION “SOUTHERN MISTRAL” WENT LIVE ON MARCH 19, 2011 (two days prior to the scheduled date).

Below is the exact quote and colors from the Franco-British war games website which is hosted by France’s Air Force:
SOUTHLAND : Dictatorship responsible for an attack against France’s national interests.

FRANCE : Makes the decision to show its determination to SOUTHLAND (under United Nations Security council resolution n°3003).

UNITED-KINGDOM : Allied country as determined in the bilateral agreement. The United Kingdom supports France through the deployment of its air assets.” (Commandement de la défense aérienne et des opérations aériennes,  Southern Mistral 2011:  Scenario)

Global Research

The War in Libya is no different to Iraq and Afghanistan and any others they are going to bring about.  They are all wars of world domination by the One World Government, who control all media and communications channels,  most supposedly sovereign states, all central banking and much else besides.  We are presented with a convincing narrative designed to win our support for each of these ventures as they happen.

Iraq and Afghanistan were supported with acts of false flag terror like 911 and 7/7 in London, and video clips of Osama Bin Laden issuing blood-curdling threats.  He worked for the CIA all along.

This time they’ve started a war based on a nice happy story of people power with Arabs breaking free from the shackles of their past.  People got wrapped up in such a happy tale having no notion that it was all just the forerunner of more bloodshed and killing, just a few hours away in a country that provides a very high standard of living to its citizenry, Libya.

Note how David Cameron took a leading role in our deception.  He is clearly a One World Government insider, who hopes to collect his pay cheque like Blair did, priced in the blood of the babes of other people.

It really amazes me how no-one seems to get this. That said, it seems that support is down from the proactive support for the Iraq invasion that some people felt, to a tired resignation now.

I guess the “looney after WMD’s” narrative was looking old, although Fox are still banging that drum about Iran.

Incidentally, the only reason I think Iran wasn’t next was that they know it would take serious ground troops that are busy at present.
