Tilbrook takes British Government to ECHR after case thrown out without hearing in UK

In law Britain left the EU on the 29th March 2019.  Robin Tilbrook of the English Democrats brought a case to have this fact recognised, but it was thrown out without a proper hearing by a pro-EU judge saying the case was totally without merit.

Tilbrook is now taking the case to the European Court Of Human Rights which Britain has signed up to, but strangely the EU are not signatories to its authority.

The British legal system is entirely politicised since Blair, and we are a tin pot EU dominion with no border, no voice and no rule of law.

If Tilbrook’s case gets a hearing this time, it will be stoutly defended by the British legal establishment and the Conservative government who want to get credit for delivering Brexit.

Keep up the good work Robin!
