Fracking goes kritarchal.

Crane’s back at Balcombe, where Angus Energy are trying to pull off a return.  Angus too are seeking a secret injunction, to bypass protest.  Angus have notified the local council there is an injunction in place.  They sought an injunction when there is no protest in any shape or form.  The judiciary are granting these injunctions at a very low bar.  We are living in a corporatocracy who rely on the support of the judiciary.  The MPs and the media are maintaining the illusion that we live in a democracy.  But Parliamentary Law is being ridden over roughshod.  Friends of the Earth are calling the injunctions chilling as freedom and the right assembly are being eliminated.

The vast majority of the people don’t care as it’s not affecting me right now.  Yet this is the the thin end of a very very fat wedge.

Yet so far one judge Justice Morgan has introduced the secret hearings for these secret rulings.

Ian Crane is going to challenge Morgan’s judgement in court.

Commerce is being given total priority over human health.  The courts don’t even want to hear the evidence.

The Human Rights Act 1998 is being overriden.  Articles 10 and 11.  The right to assemble.  The right to protest.

Tuesday 2nd October in the Commercial Courts at Fetter lane London.  Be there.

Soviet Communitarian Traitor Theresa May has engineered a turnkey dictatorship in the UK the switch has been thrown.

“The Enemy Within” – May clearly has priorities other than us.

“Under my leadership the UK will always be a real and trusted partner for Israel, supporting Israel’s security and prosperity, not just through our words but also through our actions.”
