Carry On Fracking (Anti)

Last week North Yorkshire Police called the Fire Service out from Scarborough to clear the tower of personnel .  The Fire crews refused to clear the tower as that was policing work.  They told their managers that if they were instructed to attend Kirby Misperton to do Police work again, they would go on strike, as their union has voted to wholeheartedly support the anti-frackers against the corporate enforcers masquerading as Police officers.

Eddie’s up the seven foot tall tower at Kirby Misperton on the verge of the road observing Police violence to the lock-on team at the gate.  Anyone passing up food or clothing to him is being arrested.  He’s been told he’s obstructing the highway, even though he’s on the verge, and the Police want Eddie to come down.  The tower has been assessed by a professional for health and safety and is marked as safe with a suitable document taped on to an upright.  Eddie’s only there to document what’s happening at the gate.  He’s obstructing no one and nothing, just recording.

The Police have told the anti-frackers they won’t try dealing with the tower until tomorrow.  Eddie will do his next livestream at 8.30 am tomorrow morning from the tower.

It’s a real carry on situation.  You could imagine all the Carry On team from the old movies taking part in this unfolding comedy of errors, looking on in horror at the way North Yorkshire Police are behaving.  Instead there’s the current movie set with Eddie, Ian Crane and others.  Eddie’s mother was nearly arrested for throwing him a pair of long johns to keep him warm through the night.  Ian Crane was pushed backwards into a roadside ditch falling four feet onto his back.  British policing has come to this.  They are arresting people who are merely filming for ‘obstruction’ on a daily basis.  Recording Police activity is entirely legal and is not obstructing Police in any way.  As for throwing your son a pair of long johns to keep his legs warm for the night, that has to be the most ludicrous form of crime ever proposed in the history of our great and noble country, founded in 925 AD by Aethelstan, King Alfred’s grandson, at Malmesbury.

History is being made, and some great footage.  What a carry on it all is, but one that is entirely necessary to preserve the freedom of Britons, now and into the future.  The threat of the Vikings has receded.  It is these corporate enforcers wearing Police costume who now threaten our peaceful enjoyment of our great land.  The front line of the battle is a single seven foot wooden tower on the verge at Kirby Misperton,  the overnight abode of one Eddie Thornton who is fighting for the freedom of his countrymen single handed.  Throughout England’s 1000 year history, people will say forever say that ‘this was our finest hour’.

Pictured – Scarborough Fire Service’s tower-clearing device in action last week.  What will the Police use this week to put the observer roadside seven foot tower of Kirby Misperton out of action?  Watch this space.  Or better still drive up there, take a look, and join the battle of Kirby Misperton.  (don’t forget to take your long johns!)  The more boots on the ground standing in the way of the corporate enforcers the better.  The Tolpuddle Martyrs, and Wat Tyler will be joined in the annals of our land by the derring do taking place right now, this night and tomorrow morning at Kirby Misperton, the final fracking frontier – the last battleground to be fought over before this evil abomination is finally driven from our green and pleasant land.
