Russia-Poland border closure clouds NATO summit

NATO leaders are meeting in Warsaw for a two-day summit that will be dominated by talks on Russia’s role in the Ukraine conflict.
Ahead of the summit, Poland and Russia have stopped crossings of local people into and out of Kaliningrad.
Some observers suggest the area could become one of the most militarised parts of Europe.
Andrew Simmons reports from Bartoszyce, near Poland’s border with Russia.
