Large scale destruction of the environment, of water resources in perpetuity, and the infliction of disease and death on local communities.  It is effectively a declaration of war.  No one wants it, only those who smell financial gain for their own pockets.  They are prepared kill to get rich.  That’s war, in a word, accompanied by the usual weasel words of those who have worked their way into position and want payback.  Let’s hope they get it.
