Russian nuclear armed submarines are being launched.  As are Chinese.  I am sure all targets are prearranged prior to any war breaking out.  The ‘war’ will be a set piece in which all sides are controlled from the same point, made to appear as conflict.  In fact, an orchestrated cull of humanity is being arranged..
